Your winter holidays in Val d’Isère

An olympic resort awaits you in Val d’Isère!
Val d’Isère is a French commune of Savoy, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The city is located in the Tarentaise valley, popular for its numerous ski resorts. Val d’Isère is well-known since the village hosted the male alpine skiing competition for the Olympics of 1992. Each year, skiers participating to the alpine skiing world cup come in this resort. The skiing area of Val d’Isère is linked to the resort of Tignes, both forming the ‘Espace Killy’, more commonly known as “Val d’Isère Tignes”. The resort of Val d’Isère offers a long ski season which lasts around 150 days from the end of November to the beginning of May. The area contains 76 slopes spreading over 146 kilometers. It offers a 1,606 meters vertical drop and culminates at 3456m above sea level. The whole area has more than 300 kilometers of slopes.
