Saint-François-Longchamp is a French commune of Savoie, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Located on the north side of the Maurienne valley, the town enjoys an altitude which allows it to welcome a convivial ski resort offering breathtaking landscapes. The skiing area of Saint-François-Longchamp is easily accessible and modern and a large range of activities is offered by the resort for the whole family. For people seeking a calm, natural and authentic atmosphere, this is a destination of choice! The resort of Saint-François-Longchamp contains 42 slopes for a total length of 70 kilometers. The domain offers 16 ski lifts and a majority of blue slopes. Located at 1450 meters in altitude, its highest peak culminates at 2,550m above sea level, offering a 1,150m vertical drop. The ski season lasts around 110 days from the end of December to mid-April. Saint-François-Longchamp is linked with the resort of Valmorel, forming the Grand Domaine which contains 92 slopes for a total of 165 kilometers.
