Champagny-en-Vanoise is a French town in Savoy, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Located in the Tarentaise Valley facing Courchevel, on its territory you’ll find the Champagny ski resort which is part of the skiing area of La Plagne/Paradiski. The Champagny resort is divided up in two sites: the first one is Champagny Village where are gathered all the commerces and main services; the second one is Vallon de Champagny Le Haut located at 5 km from the resort and you’ll enjoy activities such as cross-country skiing, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing… The Champagny resort is located at 1,250 m above sea level. In its entirety, the domain of La Plagne counts 135 slopes for a length of 225 km! The resort as a majority of blue slopes and two snowparks. The highest slopes culminate at 3250 m, enough to admire sumptuous panoramas ! In the region, the ski season is generally spread out as much as possible and starts at the end of December to April.
